We’re looking for
A quick-thinking, problem solver to serve as the point person for our client relationships.
You will be responsible for
Being the primary contact point for clients and liaison between clients and various Triton departments.
You will guide new clients through setting up telemarketing campaigns by gathering data from clients.
You will be responsible for programming, scheduling training of sales agents and client visits, preparing telemarketing scripts, and coordinating all aspects of the account.
You will monitor performance on active client sales campaigns, review sales results data, participate in calibration calls, receive client feedback and communicate it to sales staff.
You should have
A Bachelor’s degree or relevant client service or account management experience.
Strong written and oral business communication skills are required.
The ability to multi-task and manage the simultaneous demands of multiple clients is key to success in this position.
Knowledge of Excel and skills in data analysis are critical.
You must be
A sharp-minded, skilled communicator who can strike the balance between managing client expectations and being responsive in a fast-moving service environment.
